Device Comparison

On this page we want to give you an overview of the devices available for development purposes. For each device the use case is explained such that you can choose which device you want to use for your development.

EmStat4

EmStat4

The EmStat4 is a one channel potentio-/galvanostat base module that is integrated in a wide series of devices that all start their name with EmStat4. All These devices support MethodSCRIPT and support the information in the EmStat4 device section. The EmStat4M is the most capable device of the OEM line-up and has a High-Range version for a higher compliance. The module is outfitted with an USB-C port and a LEMO connector such that the module can directly be connected with a computer and an electrochemical cell.

EmStat Pico

Emstat Pico

The EmStat Pico is the smallest module of the OEM line-up. It is a two channel potentiostat of 30 x 18 mm and is the base module of the Sensit BT and Sensit Smart. The module itself has no connectors attached and thus needs extra peripherals in order to communicate with the module and connect an electrochemical cell. When bought as a development kit it can be used directly.

Sensit Wearable

SW

The Sensit Wearable is a market ready solution with at its base the EmStat Pico Core. It is a device with integrated bluetooth and USB connector such that it can directly be connected to other devices. The goal of this device is to make it easy to connect a small general purpose potentiostat to concept wearable sensors.

Non MethodSCRIPT devices

PalmSens4 MultiPalmSens4

To develop with MethodSCRIPT devices, such as the PalmSens4 and the MultiPalmSens4 devices, you can use our Software Development Kits (SDKs). These SDKs provide libraries for various programming languages. This way the devices can be integrated in your setup or software of choice.
